Dashboard

DEMO · Browser storage
Working demonstration, not a live accounting system. Includes fictional sample records only. Changes are saved in this browser; no cloud sync or production financial controls. Do not enter confidential personal or bank data.

Dashboard totals are EGP-only illustrations. Do not use aggregate totals if USD/EUR records exist: production needs an FX rate table, currency conversion at the appropriate accounting date, and revaluation handling.

Invoiced Revenue vs Service Cost

Revenue is recognized on the invoice issue date. The service cost is recognized when its linked invoice is issued.

Customer Summary

Net P&L shown here = invoiced revenue − linked service cost − booked expenses. Tax and payroll treatments remain to be validated.

Recent Invoices

Add Service Job

Price = Cost × (1 + Markup%). This is markup on cost, not gross margin on selling price.

Uninvoiced Services

Create an invoice from an existing service to recognize its revenue and cost in P&L.

All Service Jobs

Create Quotation

Unit price = unit cost × (1 + markup). Print or save as PDF using your browser's Print dialog.

Quotation Overview

Quotations do not reduce PO balances or create P&L revenue. Only invoices issued against a PO consume its value.

Quotation History

Register Customer PO

Each line has its own description, quantity, and unit price. The PO net amount is the sum of all lines. Invoice linkage may also be assigned to a specific line.

PO Portfolio

PO remaining = quantity × unit price (net), less issued invoices. Existing legacy POs retain their original total. PO remaining = approved PO amount (excluding VAT) minus issued invoice net amounts. Collections affect accounts receivable, not PO utilization.

Issue Invoice

One service per invoice in this demo. Invoice issuance posts revenue and its linked cost to P&L it does not add cash.

Record Collection

Collections increase cash and reduce receivables, but do not increase P&L revenue a second time.

Invoice Due-Date Report

Multi-currency entries are displayed in their original currency in the due-date report. Existing EGP dashboard totals remain single-currency demo metrics and must not be treated as consolidated FX reporting.

Record Expense

Recorded expenses reduce P&L immediately. Only paid expenses reduce Cash Flow.

Cash Movement Register

Collections, paid expenses and liability settlements. Opening cash is assumed to be EGP 0 for this demonstration.

Profit & Loss Filters & Export

P&L is grouped by invoice issue month, not collection month. Excludes VAT from revenue. The selected customer and periods are applied to both exports.

Profit & Loss Statement

Management reporting preview: includes the confirmed 3% deduction on positive invoice gross profit. Shared expenses are provisionally allocated 50/50 when selecting one customer. Payroll, FX conversion, credit notes, accruals and formal statutory taxes are not fully reconciled.

Add Liability

Standalone liabilities here are tracked as balance-sheet obligations only. If a related expense is already booked under Expenses, do not book the same expense twice. This demo does not yet run double-entry accounting.

Record Settlement

Settlements reduce the selected liability and total cash. Payment source is a demo label; balances per bank/card and card statement cycles are not implemented yet.

Customer monthly price = Gross salary × (1 + markup). Gross = Net Salary + Medical + Social Insurance + Salary Tax. Markup applies to this total. Confirm whether the insurance/tax figures are employer cost or employee deductions before real payroll accounting.

In-house Salary Rules

Mostafa: 30% of monthly Service profit + 15% of monthly Outsourcing profit. Basma: 15% of monthly Outsourcing profit. Anas: fixed salary. Profit is automatically calculated from invoiced Services and Outsourcing, less 3% of each invoice gross profit and monthly operating expenses. Shared expenses are provisionally split 50/50; use Business Line on each expense for accuracy. This 3% is a management provision, not a verified statutory tax.

Monthly Payroll Calculation

Shareholder Funding — Investments

Investments Register

Funding improves liquidity but does not create operating revenue. Repayable shareholder loans are liabilities; capital contributions are equity. Distributions and loan repayments require separate approvals and accounting treatment. These entries are demo records, not posted to the general ledger.

Half-Year Profit Distribution

Annual policy: 10% of eligible profit to Mostafa as management allocation. Remaining 90%: MK 45%, Saad 35%, Mostafa 20%. The calculation below shows H1/H2 by year. It is an appropriation illustration; management compensation vs distribution classification needs approval to avoid double-counting monthly Mostafa salary.

Add Bank / Visa / Cash Account

Payment Sources

Account names and opening balances only. Visa statement reconciliation, account-specific posted balances, and card liability posting need the backend ledger.

System Roadmap

This demo uses the structure observed across the three original Excel workbooks. The production version will need PostgreSQL, authenticated users, permissions, audited accounting entries, double-entry controls, payroll, purchase-order balance checking, taxes, multi-currency processing, historical Excel imports, reconciliation and secure backups.

Approved financial rules

1. Selling price = cost × (1 + markup rate).

2. P&L revenue recognized when the invoice is issued.

3. Collections affect cash and accounts receivable, not recognized revenue.

Current demo scope

Service jobs → invoices → collections; paid/unpaid expenses; customer-filtered dashboard; cash statement; simplified P&L JSON backup/restore.
